At Byaisha, we take pride in the quality of our Abayas, perfumes, and skincare. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange for eligible items.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Abayas & Clothes: Unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached.
  • Skincare & Perfumes: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, these items can only be returned if they are unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items on Clearance/Final Sale.
  • Skincare products with broken seals.
  • Perfumes and Incense that have been sprayed or used.
  • Custom-altered Abayas.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Original Shipping: The original delivery fee of 30 AED is non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (30 AED) unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method or provided as store credit within 7–10 business days.

6. Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at 0503444243 or email a_al3in1983@hotmail.com with photos of the damage so we can arrange a free replacement.
